Today is October 10th, the date we've had on the calendar since our first sonogram, but as very few babies actually come on their due date...we have no news to report! A friend took a couple of pictures of the two of us today because we realized that we really didn't have many pictures of us together with the pregnant belly.
Char's mom is flying in on Sunday and we're really looking forward to seeing her! She'll be here for about 2 weeks to meet baby Zoë and help us settle in a bit. We have another midwife appointment on Tuesday which will be 4 days past the due date, at which point an induction will be scheduled if there are no signs of labor at that point. They tend not to let you go more than 10 days past your due date here. We should have news soon! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers...we're really counting down now :)
Our hospital bags are packed :)
